Clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. There is freeway noise, but it's like white noise, so didn't bother us at all. There is a church next door, so we felt safe--and no sign of vagrants in the area. There were plenty of pillows and towels. There were plenty of USB charging ports, and some well-placed outlets. I brought an extension cord, just in case, and did end up using it at the desk for my hair dryer. We didn't need our room serviced since we were only there 4 nights and they offer cleaning every 3 days. It was only the two of us and we weren't in the room all that much, so that wasn't an issue at all for us. The pool has a handi-capable chair lift! We don't need that, but I thought that was impressively considerate. And it's a short drive to the Village area.

The room was VERY clean and quite spacious. We appreciated the little eating table. It would have been nice to have a little couch and/or sitting area to watch TV, but we were comfortable laying in the beds. The bathroom was very clean - smelled of bleach when we entered. There were 4 pillows on each bed and the sheets and blanket served us well. I loved that we could control the temperature in our room. That was an added bonus. Despite being located right alongside the freeway, we did not hear ANY freeway noise while we were in our room. The facilities were clean all around. We used the patio table every day of our stay to catch up and chat and eat. We loved the space!

Check in was a mess😞A baby argument broke out because a mistake was made on their part wanting to over charge & wanted to put me on Blast Saying “ You don’t have enough money!!” In front of everyone in the lobby. Didn’t work I use to work for Expedia an knew there could be hiccups, wasn’t getting all my money. I called a week before confirm all charges so please sir just stop. I had the exact amount with $20 bucks over, so what he was trying to charge was not going through😅I told him he needs to fix it!! Because this is not on me. He did and there was no more shenanigans.

I loved the location. My family and I came down to spend a couple of days at Legoland for our son’s birthday. I was extremely shocked at how close we were to not only the theme park, but food, public park, gas station’s and grocery stores. All of which were walking distance except for the theme park. We even had a small issue with our bathroom and the staff fixed it right away. They really made the trip that much easier to enjoy with piece of mind that they’ve got me covered. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff were amazing… they were pleasant, helpful, and always smiling!!! The place was clean, comfortable, and CLOSE to EVERYTHING. 1 mile to the beach; 1/2 mile to downtown; and 3 miles to Lego land. Don’t go to legoland by the way. My sons loves LEGOs so we surprised him for his birthday and took him there. Turns out… it’s way more fun to play with legos than to just look at them. Not a single smiley face in the whole park!!! Should of stayed at the beach.

The hotel is VERY clean, the rooms are large, the beds were VERY comfortable (prior back issues so I'm picky), and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location is quick and easy access to the I-5 and all of downtown Carlsbad. We were extremely pleased with this hotel as we weren't sure what to expect in this budget range. I also used their laundry and it was nice and clean.

This is a great location, and my number one priority was getting a place that didn’t have carpeting, my kids have allergies and I didn’t want anything flaring up. I was happy to find a very clean and neat hotel. Everything was very clean. Love the fact that their windows opened up, and the buildings were not enclosed, but more courtyard style very good circulation of fresh air.

The rooms are clean and the staff are nice. It is right next to the freeway, but the rooms are soundproof. The area is great. It's not too far from the beach and grocery store. They have a few items for sale, like snacks and drinks. The pool is heated. The suite was amazingly big.

It was very close to a lot of the downtown Carlsbad things to do and food places. Also they upgraded the flooring to plank vinyl with is 1000% better than carpet. I love the upgrade!
